NOFAS Needs Your Voice to Advance FASD Legislation and Policy

NOFAS is seeking advocates to help increase awareness and investment for FASD. A new bill is expected to be introduced this summer in the United States Congress to reauthorize the federal response to FASD. The legislation would direct research, prevention, and support activities at agencies within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

Upon its introduction, the bill will only be considered if advocates like you call on your senators and representative to support the legislation. Elected officials listen to you, their constituents. It is vital that your needs and experiences are heard by policymakers.
